Super Cub Academy

DJ's Super Cub Academy (cub scout day camp) was sandwiched in between my training conference and board meetings this week. He went Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-2:30 and on Wednesday from 4:15-9:15. The campfire closing was a great end to the events of the week.

Some of the activities DJ liked best were archery and geocaching. I think the scouts also packed school supplies to send to Uganda (maybe?) and did a very muddy obstacle course and a very wet water jug relay race.

My observation...8 year old boys really smell after a day of camp fun! Whew!
